Now and then you get oddities…like Eastern Bloc flights to Germany or similar appearing south of Cornwall or Ireland the disappearing as is for a time degrees E is showing as degrees west
Maybe a contributers computer is playing up
These thing happen on sites like this, always have and I just ignore them even when, on some day there are a lot of this sort of thing.
Things go wrong, get fixed and move on
Best not to take FR24 as gospel
See something, look up and confirm a match.
Just the other day an aircraft appeared overhead that wasn’t there and remained there for over an hour.
