Manchester Southside – 23R Arrival Field for photo's.

Traveling down to Manchester on Friday for G-TUIC. Are photos still possible from the Southside 23R Arrival Field, looks to be walking distance from the rail station, about 45 minutes? Also, are departure photos from 23R still possible from here? Winds look to be coming from the West at the end of the week.
