Sadly the guy who owns the website died a while back, so not sure who exactly is in charge now.

It’s an upgrade for the Manchester spotter/photographer let me tell you !

I’m not sure an A340 would be an upgrade from a B777 in any case. As much as I enjoy flying on Airbuses, the A340 isn’t one of my favourites.

They’ve had that problem for ages now. I’ve seen Air Tahiti Nui A340s, The Red Arrows and Airbus Belugas posted on there plus many more.

Sorry duff gen. Just checked the Mcr forum and apparently some idiot posted a false rumour on the official movements page. It’s now been removed from the movements list 😡
