Fokker f27 is labeled with some unprepared runway ability. Does anyone know what exactly that means, what sort of runway can it use? Are we talking about a strip of land or hard, dirt runway?
also, at what max weight can that plane land on such runways?
And thirdly, is it possible for that plane to cross 700 km, land at a dirt runway, unload 4 tons of cargo/passengers and then immediately take off without further refuelling and cross 700 more km?
usual range is quoted at around 1800 km, so that seems doable, as the whole trip back it would be quite light.
Thank you.

It can land on an unpaved runway. You need a copy of the approved flight manual to answer all your questions. With the flight manual, the answers will be easy.
