This aircraft is circling the UK for the second time now on flightradar24. Anyone know why?

Because it is nothing new for US air force/navy operating there aircrafts off British bases, being close military allies.

Yes I looked that up also on wiki. But why should a US Navy aircraft be circling at 23000 feet around the U.K. We have our own airforce.
