Plane crash in Venezuela.

Reports are that there are survivors.

Aircraft is ATR 42, c/n 371, YV1010.:(

Now reported that there are 13 fatalities.

Interesting that on the CNN page the hotel clerk witness seems to be saying there may have been a problem before the aircraft made contact with the power lines. Still, speculation is easy. Condolences to the victims and families:(
