Payne Field – B787 – Help Needed!

Hello all!
There are interesting fotos at Google Earth.
Just put following line in the search window and hit enter:
N47.92 W122.281

You’ll see Payne Field, where all Boeing widebodies are produced. Besides a few B777 you can see close to 10 B787 without engines, partly missing their elevators, some even parts of the flaps.

Has anyone have a clue when this foto was made?
A bit below you’ll find 3 apparently parked B777-300 of Eva Air.
