Lockheed A-12 1/72nd drawings.

Hi all

Does anyone have any of the above drawings/plans they can point me towards. I am trying to do a conversion from SR71 to A-12 scale model. Looked all over the net and have had very limited luck. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks for your quick reply. I think the aircraft you have pointed me in the direction of is the YF12 which as I recall was the interceptor forerunner of the A12/SR71.

The aircraft I am wishing info on is the single seat version of the Blackbird with the full length fuselage chines. It had a slightly shorter nose than the 71 and was a single cockpit aircraft. The A12 was part of the ” Oxcart ” program been retired in 1968 with the introduction of the SR71. The A-12 I believe was the airframe that carried the GTD-21 drone.

No need, Revell & Italeri already kit a 1/72 A-12 (and Italeri also do one in 1/48 scale)……

Example 1

Example 2

Or convert your SR-71 like This guy
