The Irish teacher claims the boarding pass, printed at home, was clear

A Ryanair passenger, 54 year old Sue Craig, who was flying to Málaga from Dublin, missed her flight when she was told by Ryanair that their scanner could not read the boarding pass she had printed at home.

She told the Irish Examiner that the printer cartridge was new, but she was told to join another queue when she could not board. The queue was so long she missed her flight, and the 80 € it cost.

Ryanair suggested she take another flight to Málaga the next day, but from Bristol. They say she had to join another queue so the 180 other passengers on her flight were not inconvenienced.
