B747-400 seem to be plenty these days.
As I expected the B747 will be the primary victim of this crises, and will be replaced by B777 and A380.
747’s have been getting replaced by 777s for some time now, well before this financial downturn.
Most carriers are replacing their 747s with 777s as their 747s have been flying around half empty.

I think its more of a general fleet renewal plan more than anything else. The new 77Ls for AI are looking for a new lease home anyway.
