Glasgow Airport Rail Link project axed

The recession comes home to roost, the much talked about rail link to GLA has just been axed mid project…. What next I wonder ?

Apparently they only just realised that the new line would run straight through the fuel farm, which would then require to be re-sited elsewhere on the airport…. D’OH !!!! :diablo:

I have no idea why they’re even bothering with a new bridge now. Last I heard it will be the same size and have the same number of lanes as the current one.

Same crap, different pile.
