If you have the dsb Tornado F3 v3.2 then I use this setup in my aircraft.cfg file
[LIGHTS]
light.0=3, 19.204, 0, -3.5, fx_dsb_tornado_strobe
light.1=3, -2.595, 0, 2.9, fx_dsb_tornado_strobe
light.2=3, 4.654, -5.3, 0.55, fx_navred
light.3=3, 4.654, 5.3, 0.55, fx_navgre
light.4=3, -29.056, 0.4, 10.9, fx_dsb_tornado_navwhi
light.5=3, -29.056, -0.4, 10.9, fx_dsb_tornado_navwhi
light.6=5, -22.796, -1.55, -0.5, fx_dsb_tornado_burner_flame
light.7=5, -22.796, 1.55, -0.5, fx_dsb_tornado_burner_flame
light.8=5, -22.596, -1.90, 3, fx_dsb_tornado_burner
light.9=5, -22.596, 1.90, 3, fx_dsb_tornado_burner
light.10=5, -22.596, -1.90, 3, fx_dsb_tornado_burner
light.11=5, -22.596, 1.90, 3, fx_dsb_tornado_burner
light.12=3, 13, 0.0, 2.0, fx_tornado_vclight_green
light.13=3, 8, 0.0, 2.0, fx_tornado_vclight_green
light.14=2, 2, -5.3, -3, dsb_landinglight
light.15=2, 2, 5.3, -3, dsb_landinglight
light.16=2, 2, -5.3, -3, dsb_landinglight
light.17=5, 2, 5.3, -3, dsb_landinglight
\light.18=9, 17.5, 1.9, -2.5, dsb_cannon
[smokesystem]
smoke.0= -1.5, -15, -22, fx_dsb_tornado_contrail25
smoke.1= -1.5, -15, 22, fx_dsb_tornado_contrail25
Pressing L turns all lights on, the Landing light is activated with O and the burners with CTRL+L(both these can be assigned joystick buttons for ease)
hope this helps

www.avsim.com has a very comprehensive download library. You have to register but it is free.
The Tornado I have (freeware, not sure where it came from) has the wings linked to airspeed so they sweep back automatically.

The Tornado I have (I think it’s the DSB one, but can’t remember at of the top of my head), you work the “Swing Wing” by the flaps control.
As you lower the flaps to Full, the wings open, Raise the flaps to Close the wings.
