St. Maarten info

Well off to the Caribbean in November, one of the stops is St Maarten, does anybody have any information on flight arrivals/dept on Mondays.

Any tips from getting from the port to the Airport, really looking forward to standing on the beach and being almost took out by a 747.

Thanks for the info chaps, not really to bothered if it’s a tad quite, just to be on the beach after wanting to go there for many a year will do for me.

Just need to find a good seat to book now on the Thomas Cook A330 flight out to Barbados, any suggestions?

Andy, when I was their in May 2007 the traffic was abit slow on Mondays – I’m not sure Corsair & KLM operate to SXM on Mondays so you may only get the Air France A343 and a few American, US Airways and Deltas. The Twin Otters and BN2 will keep you entertained though, some of them come in very very low, not to mentioned the Biz Jets.

You can catch a little taxi van to the West for very little cost. get off at the airport.
