booked a holiday but no flight info

Hello all,

Strange as it may seem but I have just booked a cruise holiday with P&O which means we fly from Manchester on the 6th Nov 09 early am to Barbados. Now the cruise company have no info on the airline which seems a bit odd.

Does anybody have any winter schedules for this, or any idea what and whom we will be travelling with.

Many thanks

Andy

hi again, the old folks are toying with Ventura for this winter, there is one advantage too, cos Ventura is so big they cannot fly everyone in and out in 1 day so she has a 24+ hour stop over in Barbados, enabling passnegers to get a night time run ashore if they want to.
it will be either a330 or 767
i think they cram the A330s a bit ie 3-3-3, where the old BMI ones were 2-4-2.

My old folks did it this January, you want to hope your on the first flight!
As Thomas Cook run 3 planes from Manchester to Barbados for P&O and they ally depart at 30 min intervals (well thats the plan) if your on the first one you won’t have any queues when you get off!!!!! are you Oceana?

Well, that´s the normal procedure. They simply don´t give information about the airline because in the case of charter flights they are probably still negociating with different airlines, to get the best price for the lease.

Even if the have the airline, changes occur quite frecuently. Even travelling with Pullmantur Cruises, in which they are supposed to be using their B747-400, you could get different airlines if the number of reservations are not good, or lower than expected.
