USA testing systems for better tracking and info of flying aircraft (6/2009)

My be 10 years or more before it is nationwide. Until then aircraft will have to stay near radar systems as much as possible, avoid as much deep water routes as possible, fly in daylight, and fly in pairs over long water routes (with adequate separation), use any helpful satellite systems aids, and give frequent communication updates.
