Microsoft sidewinder precision pro etc

Hi All,
I have a microsoft sidewinder precision pro joystick that I got with FS98 now things have moved on and i can’t connect it to my new computer. can an adapter for the old connection be obtained so that it will accept a USB port?

Also I have FS2002. Some scenery dics and pictures of aircraft were sent with it. How do i get these on to FS 2002.
