Seems no one aboard was hurt, it ended up 15 metres from the runway.

Believe the cause was the body gear steering failure increasing the radius of the turn on the taxi-way.

Poor maintenance perhaps???

Pulled out of the mud, repaired, cleaned and put back into service then! 😀

I imagine it was just pulled out of the mud, cleaned up and put back into service. Nosewheels running off the taxiway and ending up in the mud arn’t really such huge or damaging events, more inconveniences!
