Caught a brief glimpse on TV of a DHL 757 at EMA with a large red nose attached to the front – any photos out there?

You should hear (and see) all the warnings that go off on the flight-deck when the Pilot flies his ‘routine’….. lol
I argee, so who should I bribe to get that done? Send me a PM if you can’t reveal that in the open. Or by DHL mail searching for “thije” in the adress book. 😀

DHL B757 Red Nose
In the current economic climate, DHL are unlikely to attend any Airshows this year…. I work in Aircraft Maintenance for DHL-Air at East Midlands Airport in the UK. We operate the 22 G-reg B757 200SF (Ex BA Shuttle Aircraft converted to Freighters). I will, as I do every year, try to push for us to paticipate in Airshows, as it makes a change to some “Heavy Metal” being pushed out of their normal flight envelope…. You should hear (and see) all the warnings that go off on the flight-deck when the Pilot flies his ‘routine’….. lol

Yes, we did a few Airshows that year, culminating with the Biggen Hill Air Fair. It was great fun and I wish we could do some more…..
Will DHL also do a few airshows outside the UK? I am hoping for the RNLAF’s show at Volkel this year.
BTW, you sound like you are with DHL. Which division are you at? I’m with DHL Exel Automotive myself. And also welcome on this forum!

Quality. I have always loved the livery of DHL. Was one at Sunderland Airshow couple years back
