The Guardian reported that “Memphis International Airport was partly evacuated on Monday, after a visitor’s bicycle was spotted bearing the sticker of a folk-punk band. The name of that band? This Bike is a Pipe Bomb.”
The unidentified cyclist had visited the airport to either welcome someone to Memphis or see them off, the Guardian reported. “Instead, he was arrested.” The Memphis Commercial Appeal writes that it’s unclear whether or not the cyclist will face charges.

No wonder they only ride push bikes…i’ve heard better music from my Grandchildren…they’re just bloody atrocious!!!

Better than average, probably. Riding a bike stopped being a mark of someone who couldn’t afford a car a generation ago. In the USA, as in the UK & most other Western countries, advertisers who target cyclists aim their ads upmarket, because they know that their target audience is richer & better-educated than most of the population.
Two people I knew had their car broken into & the two bikes in the back stolen – but the car was left behind. Sensible thieves: the bikes were worth more than the car. My newest bike (titanium & carbon fibre) cost £2500. Beautiful piece of machinery. 😀
