Emirates 1/2/3/4 = B77W

Good Evening,

Any ideas why todays usual A380 flights were operated by 77W’s?

Cheers,
Sam

All I know that one EK A380 was kept at LHR due to engine problems…there was suppose to be an Atlas 747F bringing a new engine in, but then it was deemed unsafe to attempt to change as there is not a hanger big enough to accomodate the A380 at LHR yet, so it flew to DXB on three engines!

Arrived into LHR on Monday 2nd on EK003 A6-ECM 777-300 and saw one of Emirates A380’s on a stand, should have departed as EK002, I first thought that it was there due to departure delays.

Evening Sam.

This could be to do with the Technical Problems they have had with 2 of there A380s this week!

I belive One went Tech at LHR and may have nightstopped and another went Tech in DXB.
