Quite an ammusing report

No, I’m not posting another non-news story… well, I am… but only because I think the report is quite amusing, i’m sure due to the “lost in translation” element

1. Amusing that it gets reported in the first place.

2. Implies that ATC didn’t know the aircraft was there and the avoidance of the accident was all down to the pilot, but later goes on to say that the “speaker” praised the Air Traffic Controllers.

3. “The plane had to hover for about 15 minutes” – i’m sure it’s lost in translation but I’m struggling to imagine how this might work
