Thomas Cook flight cancellations

Hi Guys,

Hopefully someone out there can help me,is there any way to find out when a flight was cancelled and the details passed onto a travel agent. Basically we are in dispute with our travel agent about changes to flights we are finding it very hard to get info from Thomas cook’s airline arm
