Connections

I’ve always wondered why some countries are so down on the idea of connections.

If you look at hubs like LHR, SIN and DXB the success of the airport and the hometown airlines is down to a big extent to ease of connections.

Yet, despite all the doom and gloom in the US airline industry, you still can’t connect in the proper sense of the word. US airlines seem to be collectively missing a trick.

Why?
