Afternoon all,

Not to sure if this is possible but is there any info you can monitor regarding weather conditions on your flight, ie plot a course and it tells your forcast for turbulance and so on.

You will need a subscription based service for what you want, because turbulence etc can change by the hour, most pilot briefing services gives current and very short term future weather information, something like avbrief is the most common one.

When are you going? if I am around I can create a briefing for you and PM you with it on the morning etc of your departure. I am most likely working though but worth a shot.

Yep, that’s what medium-long haul pilots do at least anyway.

I recommend you watch the ITVV Virgin Atlantic 747 Video.
