RAF Tornado Makes "Crash Landing" At Newcastle

A few flights have been Diverted to MME EDI and MAN.

Tonka was down by the nose in the grass at the end of the runway.

EDIT: Runway appears to have been reopened. 2 Flybe flights have departed in the last 10 mins.

Apparently just 30 mins after that, another bird strike happened on approach MME and the military jet was diverted to RAF leeming!
