Can not quite read the reg`n ,but it looks to me to be RA-86125,if correct that would make it an IL62M,C/N 4154535 and the badge on the tail would be that of the current owner -: KAPO (KAO).

I am quite sure thats not a military badge on the tail. But what a beautiful bird it is. 🙂
