Cosford Valiant, Cold War progress, and Hanger 1

My Dad was staying with me last week so we took advantage of a free Sunday to visit Cosford. I wanted to see the Valiant and my Dad the Belfast before they go inside. Unfortunately the weather didn’t co-operate.

I’m not trying to re-ignite the various RAF Museum debates, just thought you might like to see the progress.

Finally the aircraft recently returned/moved into Hanger 1, I was a bit disappointed as half the Hanger was out of bounds.

Finally I thought I’d post this photo of a Gnat model, just because I like it.
