Air Jamaica axe LHR

Air Jamaica are planning to drop LHR from their network and replace it with a codeshare with Virgin. VS has apparently acquired their slots.

Apparently Air Jamaica are also now on the look our for B757s to replace their Airbus fleet.

on a more serious note, interesting move if they are looking to replace their aircraft with 757s. are the 757s to replace the whole airbus fleet, or just the long haul aircraft i.e. 340s?

I’m not certain, the source for this suggested (though was not explicit) that it would be the whole Airbus fleet.
