FCA – FLIGHTS FROM LGW TO HUX – CANCELLED
It appears from looking at the First Choice website that the flight from LGW to HUX, (Mexico, Huatulco) has been canned??
I know in the October 2006 edtion brochure this route was offered as well as been avaialbe online… (I booked to go from MAN so i had checked prices from LGW before booking)
I checked the First Choice website in about Feb 2007 when i booked and both MAN and LGW flights/package were avaialble.
After checking now it appears that the LGW has been cancelled for this summer 2007 / Winter 2008.
Can anyone shed any light on this and the reason behind this?? ( i know the flight was busy/full of quite a few of the trips, as when i was booking I was getting message stating that the flights were full…) (Also the flights are/was only every 2 weeks..)
Anyone confirm the sitution if you would of been in of you had booked the holiday/Flight from Gatwick?

let see what happens with the TUI merger..

Apparently Puerto Vallarta has swapped with HUX as the Manchester only flight, whilst HUX was moved to LGW for next year, not this.
However this is not set in stone because the possible TUI merger could mean there would be double flights to PVR from MAN.

I have never doubted is said it, but it must be a mistake in the brochure.
Just that FCA never planned any flights to HUX from Gatwick, only from Manchester.

I have just picked up First choice new brochure today for Winter 2007 to summer 2008 and its also in there… but has no timetable for Manchester to HUX?????

Right… after digging through all the my First choice brochure’s i have found the timetable i had seen!!!

as the First Choice brochure printed in 2006 for Summer 2007/winter has a time table from LGW to HUX.
And i know for sure it was online as i checked it..
Also it was not a pick up location either..

HUX has only ever been from Manchester, and has gone today from Manchester.
PVR is from LGW and MAN and this is available.
