They are indeed a rare thing up here but at least when they come to NCL they aint got birds nesting in there flight decks like some of the ones stored at MSE:diablo:
how ever due to a heavy night of drinking planned for tonight i aint giving up my lie in!!
😀 Now now :diablo: We do have MK in every day and on Sunday I saw a Travel City Direct 747 land MK 747F TO and a Oasis Air 747-400 doing training ,at the moment there are two Air Atlanta 747-300 in for cleaning after a lsd to Air India:rolleyes: .Plus the two 747 that have been sitting for a bit one of them is for the scrape man:(
Ok I shut up now
Regards
James:D 😀

Well shes not on the NCL arrivals boards for tomorrow.
I hope she lands in from the West At around about 11.50 i’ll get a loverly view from the Bus on the way into town.

Well it departs AMS at 1130 so I’d go with an arrival time of around 1150 into NCL based on KLM’s times.

Sorry – bit confused!
Can anyone confirm the time of arrival and departure from NCL?
Cheers.

Yup be nice to see her on the deck over on stand 22 for the day. Bringing some Binoculars so i can see the turnaround. Doing Ramp at the moment at college.

Should sure be PZ-TCM, the only 747 they have.
By: lukeylad - 7th March 2007 at 16:34
And this i belive is the 747 that shall be visiting NCL.

By: lukeylad - 7th March 2007 at 16:25
😀 What people will do just to see a 747. Gets boring seeing them at MSE and flying over where I live: . Then again I guess NCL dont have 747’s flying in all the time.
PS Hope you get some shots :p

The 737 is of Hamburg International, flight 4R8042.
Can’t see the 747 listed on AMS website yet.
By: marra123 - 6th March 2007 at 21:16
Yeah your right on those two coming in…..the 747 is supporters and the 737 is the AZ team.
By: Manston Airport - 6th March 2007 at 19:50

Next to the SLM 743 a (unknown) 737 will visit as well. Despite large demand there will be NO further charters. Since apparantly there is a lot more demand regular operators may use bigger equipment then normally. Here are the times (all time local):
SLM 743
08MAR07 ETD AMS 10:00 – ETA NCL 10:05
08MAR07 ETD NCL 23:45 – ETA AMS 01:45
Mystery 737 (likely Inter or Transavia):
08MAR07 ETD AMS 10:20 – ETA NCL 10:25
08MAR07 ETD NCL 23:30 – ETA AMS 01:35
This visit might for many well be the last chance to catch this plane. At luchtvaartnieuws.nl it is reported that SLM is looking into replacing the 743. They are apparantly looking at the MD11 and A340. Their MD82s are on the way out as well
