Unsure if this helps but alot of airlines using the following companies:

Wensum – Pilots Uniforms (used by all charter airlines i believe)

Duni – Biggest airline catering company in Europe in terms of things like trays, cutlery, napkins and anything else to do with food that can be branded with their logo. They dont supply the actual food mind.

In terms of a supply chain for site location, they would do this internally when setting up or expanding.

Logistics covers a wide area (i.e. Crew movement, aircraft movement, spare parts, promotional stuff, operating manuals etc). These are all too specific to airlines to demostrate a specific supply chain without knowning the airline.

If you give us a specific airline I am sure you could get alot of info. But mind you is this for a school/uni project as we dont want to be doing the work for you….

Try the CAA

alexz33

Try and send an e-mail request to the CAA and they might be able to anser some of the questions of even British Airways if you can find an e-mail address that points you possible in the rite direction.

Well try any thing if you don,t ask you don,t gey but they might know a person would could help.
