bmi Dublin Flights

Just observed bmi’s movements through Dublin over the past week and it appears that two flights that should be flying between Belfast City and Heathrow actually flew LHR-BHD-DUB-LHR. The flights in question are the BD 098/099 on the 12th and 19th of this month. Anyone got any further info?
