Can someone please help me, and quickly…
My grandparents are flying from London Gatwick to Accupulco (Mexico) with Monarch Airlines on Thursday 28th as part of a cruise holiday, and I have just asked them if they need a visa to enter Mexico, but they haven’t checked…!
Can somone tell me if they require a visa/tourist card or other document to allow them to enter the country, and if so, where would they have to get it from at this late stage?
And also, they are flying with Monarch Airlines, so which aircraft are they likely to use?

Phil, do you work for Monarch?
Sadly not I’m afraid :p

Nope, sorry…:o
No probs. There was a certain comedy value in the rather serious visa enquriy then the interest in aircraft type!

Paul,
I asked about what a/c they would be flying on, after asking about the visa requirements to Mexico…and also I knew I would get moaned at if I started two threads, so I thought I would compromise!

There was a chance they might be refused entry to Mexico and you’re asking what aircraft type they’ll be on?!
Nothing like getting your priorities right!

Tourist Visa to travel to Mexico
Citizens of your country do not need a visa to enter Mexico as tourists. However, you must travel with your valid unexpired passport.
You may not engage in profitable activities or study in Mexico.
With Monarch I think it’d be either an A330-200 or 767-300
Hope that helps 😎
