It might be just me but the lad looked far too young for such a responsible position

Ive seen airline been filmed at NCL before the cameras get in the way too much for the agents to do there jobs properly.

Do also bear in mind that despite being called a fly-on-the-wall, the making of this programme isn’t quite as discreet as it sounds. The cameras are supposed to be out of the way (hence fly-on-the-wall), but they never are!

May i remind every one that when shows like airline are made, thousands of hours of filming is conducted then it is edited down. We cant base our opinons on him from a TV show.

Hopefully not, I thought he was incompetent and lacking in confidence, which didnt appear to improve with “experience”. Stick to Asda Leo.
I was impressed by Leos skills in the last few series as he showed a improvement in conflict resolution and general handling of situations. I am confident that this came through his experience on the front line.

Maybe he lacked confidence because of the presence of a camera. I’m sure that most of us would be pretty nervous and lacking in confidence if our actions were being recorded for use on a television programme. This guy hasn’t landed this job for nothing. easyJet must think he’s got something special about him. After all, it is them that have given him the authority.
I’m not sure why Asda would be a better option for him though?

Im not so sure if he still works is a passenger handling role.

Leo is still as LTN, I know he was on a ‘media’ trip to Prague a few weeks back,so not sure if he has got another job title. Im not so sure if he still works is a passenger handling role.

Jane is now freelance as a Consultant / Manager. She recently oversaw the setup of Menzies Aviation at Belfast International (well a year ago now) to serve easyJet with ground handling.
