aircraft frequencies

hey ppls.

i wondering if any one can tell me if the frequencies i have are still correct, so to speak?

im getting in to spotting again, after about 7years or so.

i live about 30 or so miles east of London Stansted, for the outbound flight from london i listened to 133.45 is this stil the major used one or is there another?

any help would be appreciated,
