Can anyone tell me which AF 744s have what interior? I thought they were all the same but clearly not. I also notice that furnish their upperdeck with economy seats, the opposite of its sister airline, KLM.
Reason I ask, last year I flew to and from Brazil on F-GITJ. Sat in the main cabin in economy and had PTV’s, all of which were interactive, stop start, games, bells and whistles IFE.
I’m in Rio right now (Oh and by the way, I’m told the cockpit crew of the legacy which crashed last week are in my hotel being questionned by police???), and I flew out on F-GEXA on the upper deck. The economy seats had PTVs but were the old fashioned sort (good enough for me though) but I noticed the lower deck had no PTVs at all. Does anyone have a list at all?

Not true for the entire fleet. I flew on F-GISA and F-GISB recently and both had business class on the upper deck. No idea what economy was like – didn’t go down/back there! :p
Seatguru is a reasonable place to see the varous configs for AF 744s (there are more than are listed there too, I think(, but it doesn’t tie those configs back to registrations unfortunately.
