Who operate this 737?

Stopped off in Larnaka on Sunday and parked next to this 737, strange registration, who operate this, the CIA?

I don’t think the CIA would have the Air National Guard “Minuteman” logo on the winglet! Or use an AC with a visable serial number instead of a civil registration.

It’s looks like a Boeing C-40C BBJ operated by the USAF, one of the National Guard units etc like in the picture in the link below…..

Possibly stopping off in Larnaca on it’s way to/from Iraq/Afghanistan? someone correct me if I’m wrong please.

Looks like an USAF C-40 … CIA planes are usually more discrete.

If you had a picture with a reg number, it would be easier…
