A few photos from hazy Duxford. Highlight for me was the superb display from the Matadors, I just hope Orville and Wilbur were looking down, as some of their aerobatics defy all the laws of flight!

I’m glad you liked the photos, on the whole I felt it was very good way to end a season, although not ideal for photography. Now where can I go next weekend. 🙂

Shame about Sally B – it didn’t fly at the beginning of the year either due to the same reason.
BTW, any reasons why the Gloster Meteor didn’t appear (well it might have but I couldn’t have been watching if it did ;))

James – SallyB did not fly because the insurance ran out at the end of september. However as of last week insurance is sorted until the end of next year (see Skybolts post of the press release for further details).
Think this happened too late which made it too late/difficult to include her flying in the programme last weekend.
