Normally the honey truck sucks out all the waste after each leg of the trip and my god ive heard some stories this been the best.
Ok last year during the gate gourmet strikes BA Diverted a 747-400 from hong kong into ncl, the plane parked up on one of the remote stands and allot of very confused looking chinese people disembarked, any way In true BA style all the services showed up right on time one of them been the honey truck, so the honey man connects the pipe to the spout and starts to pump away then all of a sudden the seal around the pipe breaks covering the operater in allot of SH*T the guy was in hospital for a month as he picked up several bad infections.
honey truck* airport speak for the waste van.

Sometimes if there is a small leak between the seals of the door and the actual a/c some waste can drop out.
