I’ve flown BA 777’s a lot: MCT, AUH, IAH, SEA, DXB, DFW, DTW, SAN etc. Flown in all classes, it’s a nice airplane, pretty quiet, roomy with nice large overhead bins, as said before nice large toilets. I like the airplane.

I’ve flown on BA 777 between LHR and Harare, Zimbabwe and between LHR and Toronto on several occassions, and must say it is my favourite aircraft to fly in. Of course, I haven’t flown any other airlines 777s, but BA does a pretty good job of it. This aircraft is massive inside. I prefer it to QANTAS 744s any day. Hope this helps.

Biggest plane toilet I’ve ever been in. Well… OK, it amused me!

This reminds me of the time I took my nephew on his first flight, a hop in an Islander, when he was about 6. Hoped to see the birth of another lifelong passion for aviation, but instead he spent the whole time playing with the bl00dy ashtray in front of him. 🙂

They’re superb. All my flights with BA, from the Dash 8 Q-300 to the B744 have been very enjoyable, and their 777’s are a pleasure to fly on. One thing you must do… Check out the toilet on the left at the very rear of the aircraft. Biggest plane toilet I’ve ever been in. Well… OK, it amused me!

The 777 is an awesome aircraft. The take off is incredibly powerful considering how far it travels. Those massive ebgines help this of course ;). BA’s 777’s all have PTV’s but are not AVOD as far as I’m aware. They are configured 3-3-3 in economy.
Hope that helps.
