Bombardier Exports

Hi all!! Newbie here…

I have been lurking around this forum for quite some time now, but felt the urge to start a thread here since one of my final exam questions has something to do with aviation, I thought why not try to get some info from the avid forumers around here.

I am to do a question on a Canadian Company and i’ve selected Bombardier (surprise, surprise), Apart from the run ins it has had with Embraer I need:

Information on Bombardier Export Patterns to nations (rogue, allies, china, etc.)

And what kind of cost cutting/subsidies it has engaged in order to be more competitive than its competitors…
