planes at Durham tees valley?

hi,all
i was durham tees valley yesterday and noticed they where 2 aircraft that where shut down and closed up on stands 1 and 2 it was Hello MD90 on stand 1 and a Belair Boeing 757 HB-IHB on stand 2 dose anyone know why they were there?

Yep HB-JIC Hello MD90 and HB-IHR Belair B752, on stands 2/3 I believe
