LOL, the short answer is no! Best place to head for is the first floor “viewing area” which I think is actually signposted as such. Head towards the central shopping area, then go up the stairs, and there will be loads of fast food areas. From that level head towards the only natural light you will see, and there will be another short set of stairs up to a sports bar, and there is lots of seating there which enables you to look out over the North Terminal.
