Midwest B717 just performed an emergency landing at Boston International on runway 22R with a landing gear problem. Some sparks appeared as it was rolling out but a perfect landing.
Runway 22R now closed…..this situation was even more unsual for me as I was listening to live ATC on this site http://www.liveatc.net/feedindex.php?type=all and still are of the communications between the flight (Midwest 210) and the Tower and watching the aircraft landing live on BBC News 24!
Unbelievable.
EDIT: CNN are now reporting it….

Sounds similar to the JetBlue problem at LAX back in Oct.

I wonder how many others are doing the same? I need to get an airband scanner sometime.
