Astraeus is launching two new routes to Western Kazakhstan

Astraeus are launching 2 new routes to Western Kazakhstan from London Gatwick. Weekly Flights will be going to Aktau and Uralsk starting on January 24, 2006. Services to Aktau will leave Gatwick on Tuesdays. While flights to Uralsk will leave Gatwick on Wednesdays. Air Astana, the national carrier of Kazakhstan have concluded an agreement with Astraeus for the operation of these services.

Flights will be operated by Astraeus’ Boeing 757 aircraft, offering 40 Star Class premium seats – with wider seating, 36-inch seat pitch and enhanced on-board service – and 140 Economy Class seats with scheduled service-standard 32-inch seat pitch. As charter flights, the services will be operated in conjunction with TransGlobal Projects, a leading logistics provider to the energy industry with substantial experience of operations in Kazakhstan
