Cheers for clearing that up.

I had to look twice at the times of Thursdays turn arounds at Palma. (The LBA – PMI – HUY Morning one) It was only giveing 40 mins which is a bit of a rush form Thomsonfly B767.

Not quite right!

Thursdays
Leeds 757 on TOM5633/5634 operates a W pattern to BHX as TOM3146/3145
MME 737-800 on TOM5073/5074 operates the HUY W pattern as TOM4996/4995

Sundays
Leeds 757 on TOM3101/3102 operates a W pattern to HUY as TOM1532/1531

The LBA programme will be operated by 767-200 up to the end of July again, so the HUY-PMI on Sundays will also be a 767 operation for May/Jun/Jul.

The Thomsonfly cargo website disagrees with your theory on the Thursday PMI, it says it will be operated by a 738

Well the Thomsonfly.com Cargo website is a bit out of date as well if you look at it right? That List for LBA its still showing the Sunday Bodrum Service, Which for one has defentley has been dropped for a while now.

And here is solid info that proves that the Thursdays & Sunday Palma flights are now operated by the LBA based Aircraft on a w-leg. Sundays are no longer operated by Air Europa.

Just Check out this site out www.thomsonflights.com. Heres what you get when you book flights from Leeds/Bradford or Humberside on Thursdays & Sundays in summer 2006.

Thursdays

Leeds/Bradford – Palma
BY5633 07:30 – 11:00
Palma – Humberside
BY4996 11:40 – 13:25
Humberside – Palma
BY4995 14:55 – 18:30
Palma – Leeds/Bradford
BY5634 19:30 – 21:05

Sundays
Leeds/Bradford – Palma
BY3101 07:05 – 10:35
Palma Humberside
BY3561 12:35 – 14:10
Humberside – Palma
BY3511 14:40 18:20
Palma – Leeds/Bradford
BY3102 19:20 – 21:00

Say no more.

Not sure if that website is entirely accurate, even though you’d expect it to be. It’s showing a Tuesday EDI-DLM flight operating all summer with the B762, which I’m almost certain isn’t true. There’s no TOM flight to DLM at all AFAIK.

Hi LBArules & Air Humberside

The Sunday Thomsonfly flight from Palma has now been retimed and now arrives LBA at 21:00. This Will now doing a w-leg into a UK destination which is not known at present. It Could be replacing the Sunday Air Europa at Humberside.

From what I have been told the Thursday Palma flight is a w-leg into Humberside with the LBA based aircraft. Which this has now been comfirmed as a B767-200 May,June & July while a B757-200 will be based in August, September and October.

Hope this helps

Sunday is also a bit of a mystery, the a/c was due to fly LBA-PMI-LBA-BJV-LBA, but with Thomson dropping Bodrum, it means the a/c arrives back at LBA at 13:10 and does nothing for the rest of the day.

Should be LBA-PMI-HUY-PMI-LBA now, replacing AEA on HUY-PMI

Really dont know what the LBA a/c does on a Thursday apart from LBA-PMI-???-PMI-LBA.

So what does the LBA based arcraft do on a Thursday apart form PMI? Is the Sunday HUY-PMI still an LBA aircraft? This will also explain why the Thursday MME-Kos listed in the 2nd Edition Summer 2006 brochure has been dropped

God im gonna sound pedantic, but I only noticed this yesterday… the Thursday Palma flight will be operated by a 738, presumably either the MME or DSA based unit.
