I was just looking at the arrivals board at CWL and it says SN2055 from Brussels landed at 16:03. Is this a diversion from BRS or what?

Yes, it has diverted from Bristol. SN2055 should have landed in Bristol at 15:55hrs.

I’m just answering my own question. Flight SN2055 from Brussels and KL1055 have both been diverted to CWL from BRS, along with many others earlier in the day. A few have been diverted to EXT as well. They must have alot of fog like MAN this morning.
