A300 development questions

I am a student doing a project management module and my group want to look at the A300 and its development.
We are looking for information such as when the key milestones took place and if they were on time, late or early. Also things such as the budget for the project and any details on if they stayed within budget too.
Infortunately we are drawing a blank as to resources for this sort of information and was hoping that some of the users on here might be able to help with some resouces.
