I’ve just been reading an old airliner world, the February 05 one I think, going over the EU-US open skies article, understand it now – didn’t before.

Is there any news about how it is going, are negotiations still ongoing, a few points were brought up by each side in the discussions and I can see a solution past them – just negotiators trying to make things complicated with the view “if its that easy to think of it doesn’t work” which is complete bull,
