Fireworks on Approaches

Hi Guys

Someone asked a question on another forum i’ve been wondering for years and I wondered if anyone here could possibly answer it?

As fireworks now can reach amazing hieghts has any aircraft ever been hit on approach or departing to an airport with a firework and if so what damage occured?
